No. The universe is expanding; galaxy clusters are getting farther apart. This expansion only works over distances of hundreds of millions of light years, not the much smaller distances within galaxies.

I dont know if the milky way is growing but i do know the milky way is getting closer and closer, little by little to our neighboring galaxy andrameda.

Of course it will. It will end when the Andromeda galaxy collides will the milky way ( it will take about 5 billion or million years )
