I cannot locate anything on the FDA website about this product's being included in the PCA peanut products recall. Ol' Roy items have been involved in other recalls. If you are concerned about whether or not a product you have is involved in this recall, check the FDA Recall website under Related Links and look at the manufacturer's website. The manufacturers know of everyone's concern and most will have a comment about whether or not their products are involved - usually on the home page. Or you can call the manufacturer's customer service.
