No, half and half cream does not contain gluten. It is made from a mixture of equal parts milk and cream, both of which are naturally gluten-free. However, always check the packaging for any potential additives or cross-contamination if you have a gluten sensitivity.
There is no gluten in sour cream.
thickened cream
No. Gluten is in wheat, and milk and cream are dairy.
Ice cream (regardless of brand) will not contain gluten, unless one of the add ins contains gluten (e.g. cookie pieces, brownie chunks) which are usually rather obvious things that outside of ice cream would normally be expected to contain gluten unless explicitly labeled "gluten free".

No. Half and half is half heavy cream.
Is coffee mate non dairy creamer gluten free
No. But of course dairy.
I make a chicken and spaghetti meal everyone loves using heavy cream. However, my wife who is gluten-intolerant swells up when eating it. Everything in the recipe except the heavy cream and the chicken are guaranteed gluten free. So either there's gluten being used as a thickener in the heavy cream or gluten is in a broth to plump up the chicken breasts. I wish I knew the answer to this one, myself.
Yes
