Grapes are most commonly grown in the south of Europe and other warm parts. Places like France, Spain, Germany and Italy.
I am not positive, but I'm pretty sure that it is Italy (my other choice would be Greece- One of those)

There is no real way to know as no statistics are out there ranking continents by grape production. In fact, not even every country is measured in grape production. It is most likely that Europe is 1st-3rd in terms of grape production between continents. Of the top 10 producers of grapes 4 are in Europe (#1, 4, 5, & 6), 3 are in Asia (#2, 7, & 10), 2 in South America (#8 & 9), and 1 in North America (#3).
