You must pay the tow yard what you owe to get it out, then arrange for the donation place to go pick it up.
Heritage for the Blind will pay for your donated vehicle to be towed free of charge anywhere.
Only if the trailer is unladen, and also up for repossession. Otherwise, it must be detached from the power unit before the power unit is towed away. If there's a load on that trailer, and that trailer is towed away, the repossession agency is liable to come under criminal and civil charges.
When the police find it they will leave a 72 hour citation before they have it towed.
You will need to contact your local police agency for information. Generally a car that is towed (for any reason) must be reported to the local police to prevent stolen car reports.
Usually you still get towed. The tow company will still need to be paid regardless.
you don't need comma
crashing into the ocean by Florida and then getting towed to the NASA center
If you are fast enough ! You definetly will not get away from this repossesion, they will find you eventually. What you should do is contact the lender and do a volunteer repossesion. This will look better on your credit report. Then when they sell this vehicle in an auction you will have a remaining balance less then the purchase price (hopefully). After you receive notice of this amount you can settle on this debt for .10 cents on the dollar or 30% of the balance. Get everything in writing first before making your final payment with the lender/collection agency. What is this in reference to? If you're talking about getting in your car and attempting to drive away while your car's being hooked up, it might be illegal. You will have to discuss with the driver why you're being towed and if there's anything you can do about it. If in doubt, call the police.
