There are two possible scenarios here.
1. You could still be pregnant but the monitor didn't pick up the heartbeat.
2. Miscarriage can take a while to actually happen.
It can take one day or as many as 14 days to miscarry.
I never heard of placenta sounds?? You should be able to hear your baby's heartbeat by week 11-12 the latest.
Three weeks pregnant is a week before you miss a period so it is impossible to know it is twins. If you are three weeks after conception, (5 weeks pregnant)it is still early to see a heartbeat.
Yes that is right. Your hormone levels can still be high even after a micarriage.
A blighted ovum is when the sperm and egg meet and implant - the yolk sac grows, but usually no fetal pole (no baby) or sometimes there is a fetal pole, with no heartbeat. You still feel very pregnant because you have the pregnancy hormone due to the placenta beginning to form. You may miscarry naturally, but sometimes that takes weeks. They can do a d&C for a suction currettage (which is done in the office, as opposed to the D&C).
By the beginning of the 9th week of pregnancy, the normal fetal heart rate is an average of 175 BPM. At this point it begins a rapid deceleration to the normal fetal heart rate for the middle of the pregnancy of about 120-180 BPM. There is also a slowing of the normal fetal heart rate in the last ten weeks of pregnancy, though the normal fetal heart rate is still about twice the normal adult's resting heart rate.
After one year, you wouldn't be pregnant anymore. Therefore, no fetus, no fetal feelings, are you sure you are not pregnant again? Hello. No this isn't possible as there isn't a baby inside of you anymore. It may be a simple thing such a wind, exfessive acid in your gullet or you may be pregnant. Do a test and see your doctor if this is concerning you.
It is common if you are fat, they cannot hear the heart beat with Doppler device. So don't worry & good luck.
I'm not sure, but I am meant to be 9 weeks pregnant and went for scan and they could only find gestational sack at 6 week size, no fetal heartbeat. Prepared me for miscarriage. Then had bloods done and HCG levels were 18000, then 18900. My thoughts were that my body still thinks I'm pregnant, and hence still producing HCG...but doc wants to wait and see as he said if you had a twin and it perished, this could explain why the gestational sack is still small - so it could be a viable pregnancy.... I wish he didn't give me false hope!
When my mom was pregnant with me, they never ever heard my heartbeat. It was just the way I was turned. They saw that I was moving and kicking, so they assumed I was still alive, but never heard a heartbeat. I came out just fine.
He still has a heartbeat
As long as you are not bleeding heavy or cramping it is normal. Call your Dr. Next week you will know if the baby still has a heartbeat. Do you still feel pregnant?
yes
