Depends on what favor you go for. Many people add little bits of sweetners and stuff as they please. I for one when makig a milshake like to add vanilla extract. this may sound a little strange in a chocolate milkshake but it adds a nicesweetish strange flavor. Experiment a little. The basic milkshake is the above formula though :3 Milk+Ice cream (Flavored or not)+ Any flavor ingredients+Blender=Milkshake :D
Hope this helped :P
