A "food service enterprise" is just a restaurant, or a catering company, or a cafeteria or any other business that provides food or drinks for someone else.

Business people like to use the term "food service enterprise" instead of the regular words, because "food service enterprise" is how an economist would describe that kind of business.

Sort of like using the word "beef" instead of "cow." Beef is just the old French word for cow. Same thing, but is sounds better saying "I'm eating beef" than "I'm eating a cow."
