DO NOT buy a HAMSTER BALL. this is a terrifying experience for hamsters, who are trapped in a ball and, with poor eyesight, can't really see where they're going while they're running frantically looking for escape. it is cruel to use one of these. instead, you can buy a hamster playpen (keep an eye on your pet, though, because some can climb over the walls) or a large rubbermaid bin that you put bedding in with your hamster's toys, for it to run around in.
