To be more nutritious, dont eat cake and ice cream as much. Eat sweets that don't contain Gelatin or carmine and instead eat lots of fruits and low sugars. Plain yogurt and mix in a fruit is perfect. Something like that. Mixing a fruit inside plain yogurt is healthier than eating a yogurt that already has fruits Ex: Strawberry yogurt. It is more natural.
