I'm doing a science project on this so i will tell u when i have finished the tests. so far i have seen others have said that the best type of gum for blowing bubbles are: hubba bubba, bubble yum, bazooka, bubblicious, and 5 gum.

(p.s. sugar free gum is better because the sugar doesn't stretch very well.)

You can make chewing gum bubbles by stretching it over your tongue and blowing into the space between your tongue and the gum. Gum itself doesn't make bubbles by itself, thought that would be freaking awesome.

Why cant you blow bubbles with regular chewing gum?

Regular chewing gum is typically denser and less elastic than bubble gum, which is specifically formulated for bubble-blowing. Bubble gum contains a higher proportion of rubbery resins that allow for better stretch and expansion when blowing air into it. The texture and composition of regular gum make it less capable of forming the thin, flexible membrane needed to create bubbles. Consequently, it tends to break or lose its shape instead of inflating.
