They can eat most things. If your hamster has a tooth problem, such as mine does (he lost his tooth) use a hammer (covered with PLASTIC WRAP or FOIL) and smash the food, but make sure no shells (sunflower or pumpkin) are in there. If you really think that your hamster wants the food soft, take his/her food, without the shell again, of course, and soak it in warm water for a bit. They can also eat eggs, without the oil and salt. If you have hard-boiled eggs, that's fine too, but they can only eat the egg white, in that case, or at least, that's the only healthy part. Also, certain types of porridge are allowed to be eaten by hamsters. You can steam corn and give your hamster some, or give your hamster some PLAIN, GREEK yogurt, as sugar is bad for hamsters. Also, lettuce is fine for your hamster, and so is shredded carrots.
