Guinea pigs do not get anorexic. If they have a roommate, they may be being bullied and unable to eat. If so, take them or the roommate out so they can eat, and plan on giving someone a new cage. They may not like their food (if you have immediately changed it, switch back), or they are sick. If the condition persists or worsens, take the pig to a vet, please.
