Hello, there are a few different treatments than can be used to help a sick fish back to recovery. First you have got to find out if its bacteria, fungus, stress or anything else really. A general medication that covers most is called a 'broad spectrum' medication which is just like a multivitamin and antiseptic for ur fish. Im pretty sure it can also be called multi cure too. Otherwise if u have a fungal issue u can get medications just for that. Basically after treating ur fish for the recommened time you will have to give ur tank or bowl a waterchange to resore the water to its normal state, and dont mix medications unless u are advised too. So the best bet would be to go into ur local aquarium and explain the symptoms and they will be able to point u in the right direction. I hope this helps :oD
