I drink a hot tea.. Green tea is preferred since it's packed with antioxidants.

Or you can go for something more soothing (green tea is to me, but..) like a lemon, or fruit flavoured tea that could really wake up your mouth. If you take sugar in your tea, not even a full tea spoon should be used. If you rarely, or barely eat in the morning (which shouldn't be happening!) putting a load of sugar in your system and nothing else isn't good.

Also, a glass of water would be a great way to go. Hope this helped.
