"Mrs. Fields" does not actually OWN the company at this point, it's owned by Z Capital and the Carlyle Group.
Because it's privately held and not traded on a public stock exchange, it's difficult to assess the actual value (and my opinion on the matter is meaningless, since I have no real knowledge about the company beyond that it went into bankruptcy in 2008 and almost did so again in 2011).
