Best Answer

A little less than 3 1/4, assuming you're using common wheat flour scooped out of the container with the measuring cup and properly leveled. Density of flour varies greatly due to its compressibility. If you sift the flour, the measurement will be way off. Your best bet is to borrow a scale.

How many cups does 340.3 grams equal?

It depends on what you are measuring as different ingredients have different weights. Cup is a unit of volume, gram a unit of weight so they cannot be directly converted. For example, a cup of water will weigh more than a cup of flour and even though they both measure 1 cup in volume, the weights will be different resulting in a different grams per cup ratio.Say someone has 450 grams of flour (or whatever ingredient) and want to know how many cups they will get out of it. First, they need to know the weight of one cup of flour. For ease of math, we'll assume:1 cup flour = 100 gramsSince 100 grams of flour will fill 1 cup, just divide the total amount of flour by 100 to get the number of cups that can be filled with all 450 grams of flour:450 grams / 100 grams = 4.5 cups of flour
