It might not be anything. It can simply mean that mother and baby are too hydrated. Depending on when it is discovered it can mean different thing. ALso, as long as it is just in the abdomen, it might not be a big deal. If it is in the abdomen and in other areas, well, it can be a very very serious issue. I would make sure you check with a specialist to determine the cause of it and if it is getting better or worse. It can be high risk.
How thick or thin a fluid is. Mostly related to lubricants.
I'm not sure what you mean by 'sets' of amniotic fluid. However the baby is in one sac, which is filled with the fluid. What made you ask this question? Often when a womens waters break, the fluid behind or above the baby my be stopped from flowing out due to the babys position, or if the waters break above the baby, then the amniotic sac may still be intact around its head.
Depends what you mean. If you eat too much raw lard you will become rather thick around the thighs

More viscous refers to a fluid's resistance to flowing. A higher viscosity indicates a thicker or more sluggish fluid that flows more slowly. Examples of more viscous substances include honey and molasses.
It means that there is enough fluid so that the baby can continue to grow and live inside of you. Drink lots of water to help improve your amniotic fluid level.

Laying it on thick, spreading it on thick can either mean you are exaggerating or heaping praise on someone that you expect will help you.
Unless the baby has AIDs and some bodily fluid of theirs is in contact with yours (like if a needle isn't properlyy cleaned and you shere it with the baby). But if the baby bit you then that doesn't mean you have AIDs.
It is dark and thick
It possibly could be the waters from the amniotic sac which holds the baby. Sometimes these will not rupture with a burst, but slowly leak from in front of the baby's head. If labor does not start within a day, it might be a good idea to see your doctor. If the fluid is colored greenish, it may mean that the baby is in distress, and you should see your doctor straight away. If it is thick and mucousy in texture, it can be the plug coming away, which means your body is getting ready for labor.
