Lychee juice is primarily made from fresh lychee fruit, which is known for its sweet and fragrant flavor. To make the juice, the lychee flesh is often blended with water and sometimes sweetened with sugar or other sweeteners, depending on taste preferences. Some recipes may also include a touch of lemon or lime juice for added acidity. Commercially, preservatives may be added to enhance shelf life.
