What does yeah buddy mean?

There are a few different meanings of this word. It is not really a word more of a joke.

1. If you go on to you tube and type in "Ice Cream Paint Job" the guy says "I say..Yea buddy! Rolling like a big shot, Chevy tuned up like a NASCAR pitstop"

2. It is just some word that people shout out as a joke "yea buddy".
