Depends on the quantity of sugar, and if its raw or say, in a chocolate bar. Also, what type of sugar is it?
Yes, it DOES effect the concentration (mol per litre). This is because the volume (of solution, litres) has changed, when diluting, but not the total quantity (just moles of 'reacting' vinegar in the titration).
NO
There will be a decrease in price and quantity.

Chocolate does not cause bleeding. A late effect of prostate irradiation may be small "scars" that can cause some drops of blood in urine. If you have red-tainted urine, consult a physician. Chocolate plays no role in this.
it doesn't.

Most likely no. If you are worried because Oreos contain chocolate then chill because although chocolate is poison to dogs they have to eat it in large amounts before it will have any effect on them. I once caught my cavalier king Charles eating half a packet of Tim tams. Didn't hurt her at all. Hope this was helpful :)
