Tinfoil barbs are active schoolers, so 5 or more tin foil barbs will be happiest. So the best fish to keep with tin foils are other tin foils, wich already requires a large tank. Many people have sucessfully kept Oscars with them. Other large fish may also be acceptable. Do some research for others.
not really but they are not a community fish you can put them with semi aggressive fish like parrot fish but they can not go with tetras
Tiger barbs are tropical fish and are cold blooded.
Ruby barbs are small, colorful freshwater fish known for their vibrant red coloration and peaceful temperament. They are best kept in a species-only tank or with other peaceful fish of similar size. Ruby barbs thrive in well-planted tanks with plenty of hiding spots and open swimming space.
Other similar sized, semi agressive, tropical fish. Tinfoil barbs, green severum, tiger barbs, redtail black sharks, rainbow sharks, id sharks, etc.
Cherry Barbs are fresh water fish. Putting them in salt water is not only wrong it is cruel.

No it will not. However, if there are 3 or more tiger barbs, then they might get the courage to nip at its fins. And i Highly advise you not to keep tiger barbs with goldfish because tiger barbs live in warm water (about 70-85 degrees). and gold fish live in colder water. The tiger barb would ultimately die.
They are OK with most Livebearers, Barbs and Tetras.
No, tiger barbs are aggressive fin nippers.
Other barbs and fast swimming fish e.g. danios. I have them with rosy barbs, angelfish, gouramis, ropefish and plecos. However, if you try this be sure to keep a close eye on them. My angels actually boss them around so the barbs don't mess with them. But again its your risk, also make sure the angels and gouramis are almost adult size.
