last I knew it was dairy, but these new nonsensical food guidelines might have moved it anywhere since then. maybe they are meats or legumes now, you can't tell on the new food pyramid like you could on the old.
Because the more the food is unhealthy the higher it will be on the pyramid, but follow the new diet pyramid
