A simple green salad is good, or a sprig of watercress,
traditionally a grilled tomato, grilled flat mushroom and a few fried onions.
Grilled steak is generally safe to eat for 3-4 days when stored in the fridge. It's important to follow proper food safety guidelines and use your best judgment when deciding whether to consume it.
Theoretically, it can be done. But I strongly suggest that you don't, as it will not be a good steak at all. Realistically you need to allow the steak to thaw out and get up to room temperature before you cook it. This applies to all types of cooking, such as grilled, fried etc.
Do you mean skirt steak? A skirt steak is a lesser cut. It is the cow's diaphragm muscle, and is cut from the flank. It is a long, flat piece of meat, with a tendency toward toughness. But it has good flavor. It can be grilled or pan fried quickly with good results. Another traditional method is to stuff it, roll it, and braise it. The skirt steak is often used to make fajitas.
Yes I have also used it on a sirloin roast, grilled and sliced for fajitas. Wipe steak off with paper towel, evoo and then seasoning, poke with a fork and repeat to the other side. Char grilled until medium and take off and let sit for 5 minutes. After that slice thin and serve in your fajitas.
Accompaniments are foods that go well with the main dish. Garnishes are not supposed to be eaten. They are for decoration.
A hearty red wine such as Cabernet Sauvignon would be a good choice.
remember that a sauce is a sauce not a garnish

dill - good on any fish Montreal steak seasoning - delicious on tilapia and other white fishes old bay seasoning - also all purpose A great, albeit unusual mixture is taco seasoning, parmesan cheese and parsley on cod. Delish!
Well i find that to marinade the steak in a whiskey worcestershire mix along with your basic herbs makes for a very good steak. To go with that i have an idea to saute onions and mushrooms, once they are sauted mix in a little bit of Guinness and cornstarch to thicken it up. pour that over the steak, sprinkle some brie cheese and serve with a pint of Guinness. If you are serving your steak with rice a sauce made with garlic, ginger and black bean goes very well.
