Bell Brand went out of business in July of 1995. They had been owned by GF industries who also owned Sunshine Biscuits. Sunshine was sold to Keebler and then to Kellog's. The only remnant of Bell Brand's product line left is Padrino tortilla chips which are still produced by Snyder's Lance Brands.
