The first thing to do is to do is to understand the situation. The female has a fry lodge in its uterous (or whatever you call a Guppys' birthing pipe) The way to handle this by yourself gently. DON'T SQUEEZE HER!!! Next, rub the guppy from gill to anal fin with your finger. Not too hard though. The lodged fry should pass. If you are too nervous to do this, take the fish to the vet.
