% of what? - daily allowance? if your on a 2000 Cal diet its about 40 grams [as I'm told] you can have at most- which comes to about 28% (check my math!!) -- many doctors are starting to think you don't need table sugar to live - that you can do very well if you eat enough fruit and vegibles -- and honestly a lot of sugars in per-made products are getting more gross - just a few side notes for you.
