I take it you're on weight watchers. You should always know how to measure your food. There are many grams to each. 59 gram is about 2 ounces. Therefore have a scale when you measure your pancakes after cooking. That should make about 3 small pancakes. It is also better to top your pancakes with sauteed fruit and add fat free whipped topping for flavor. I would also suggest to use a dash or nutmeg of all spice for flavor. It's better than using syrup.
