The Oysters Lab is an educational scheme jointly run by the University of Maryland SciTech department and the Maryland Sea Grant Extension Program.
It lets school students visit and examine the workings of an oyster bed, using microscopes, video recorders. Students can also set up a hypothesis and then work through it to its conclusion to get an answer.
