a build up of fat underneath the bellybutton to where it protrudes further than you stomach. right below your belt is a ball of fat sticking out

A foo-pah (or faux pas) is a slip in etiquette, manners, or conduct. Also described as an "embarrassing social blunder, or indiscretion"
