Generally, if the papaya is heavier than the mango, and it displaces a larger volume of air than the mango, than it will have grown bigger than said mango.

However, if the mango is of a particularly large type and the papaya is fairly small, then the papaya will not have grown bigger than a mango.

This may not be accurate though, as it is only taking one specific mango and papaya into account.
