Guacamole is a dip saus made basically of avocado. It's traditionally made by mashing ripe avocados with a molcajete (pestle and mortar) with salt. Some recipes call for limited tomato, onion, garlic, lime juice or lemon juice, and/or seasonings.

They make good gaucamole :) There are some marker but because of the different nationalities that resided in Spain there is no right answer one of my great(3 greats) grandmother was Spanish, but she was a white spanish called Castiallian which were Spainish Aristocracy mostly so they didn't mix with the moors because of blood line but i have some mixed in with multiple other heritage but she would alway tan a reddish color same with my mom, and me as well so that could be an indictator but otherwise mostly you just have to do a genelogy to be sure
