* 1/3 cup ketchup

* 1/4 cup pickle relish

* 1 tbsp chopped onion

* 1 hard, cooked, chopped egg

Thousand Island (2):

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons ketchup

1 tablespoon white vinegar

2 teaspoons sugar

1/2 finely chopped hardboiled egg

3 teaspoons pickle relish

1 teaspoon onion

1/8 teaspoon salt

(pinch of pepper or other seasonings optional)
