this is an example of a food chain. or the lion is a secondary consumer, which eats (primary consumers) which would be the zebra the zebra eat's (primary producers or autoroph) which would be grass. :)

zebra eats grass lion eats zebra lion dies and vuture eats him
First the grass, in which then the zebra/Gazelle/Wildebeast/etc, eat the grass, then the lion eats the Zebra/Gazelle/Wildebeast/etc.
This is an example of the food chain. The Zebra is a herbivore which means they only eat grass and a lion is a carnivore which means it eats another animal or eats meat. so the answer is zebras are herbivores and lions are carnivores.
The zebra is a primary consumer and the lion is a secondary consumer.
A zebra eats only plants and grass so it has a large supply of food compared to a lion which only eats certain animals, of which can be hard to find.
lion cheetahs and leapords also eat antelope, but im not sure about the zebras
I'm not sure if there is a scientific name for this relationship but I call it the food chain eg. Grass>Zebra>Lion. Then the Lion dies and decomposes and becomes a sort of fertalizer for the grass that the Zebra eats.
lion and cheetah eat the zebra
its a primary consumercarnivore. because the lion didnt eat the grass direcly, it doesnt count.
These are very important but before that we have an ecosystem and this is a balance in life where by animals die and their bodies become the grass and the zebra eats the grass then the lion eats the zebra and when the lion dies the vultures eat the lion and us the people get in between the zebra and the lion but when we die we get eaten but ants so we need these resources to keep these animals alive and for us to live and the tress play the most important role because they clean the air without air life on earth is useless, I hope this answered your question Hazel Gaelebale
