A polvorón (Arabic: ghurayba[1]; Cebuano: polboron; Tagalog: pulburon) is a type of Andalusian shortbread of Levantine origin[1] popular in Spain and Latin America and other ex-spanish colonies such as the Philippines during Christmas.
