Remoulade is a French sauce, like tarter sauce. It typically has a mayonaisse or aioli texture and look, although it's usually more yellow. It sometimes has chopped pickles in it and a bunch of herbs like parsley, chives, chervil and tarragon. It's delicious on potatoes.
