The problem with this question is most dairy companies process the heck out of milk until they kill everything, skim all the vitamin from the cream, and replace it with some acid type vitamin produced in china. It's all chemicals unless you are lucky enough to find a small company that doesn't skim all the cream and simply homogenize and do a low temp pasturization. The medical Benifits of these products can not be matched. The natural fats sugars and vitamins are easily processed by the body. The dairy monopoly has everyone afraid of 3 percent aka whole milk cause then they wouldn't get the most profitable piece of the milk. More sugar and fat comes from a cookie or a can of coke.
