To make sunny side up eggs, start by heating a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat and adding a small amount of oil or butter. Crack the eggs gently into the pan, being careful not to break the yolks. Cook them slowly without flipping until the whites are set but the yolks remain runny, usually about 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
Eggs can be served sunny side up.

I prefer my sunny side up eggs cooked with a runny yolk.
Are one way to make eggs, but can be easy to ruin. Don't let more then a very thin white film grow over the yolk, or they've over cooked.
Sunny side up!

You don't flip the eggs. Sunny side up eggs are only cooked on the bottom side. When you go to remove the egg from the skillet, just pick the skillet up and tilt it sideways and gently slide the egg onto the plate. This should keep the yolk from breaking.
