You could contract any number of meat connected diseases including e.coli. and food poisoning, so be careful what you eat.

Depending what was growing on the meat, you could get anything from indigestion to diarrhea and vomiting. You should look at spoilage as a warning that the food shouldn't be eaten. Remember that contaminated meat is not the same thing as spoiled meat. Spoilage is obvious. Contamination is not.
