first i cant solve this because i don't have (X Saltwater and X type of vacuum+ Pressure of it) but i do have the right idea.. 1: Find the greatest amount of force that the vacuum can lift or the psi. 2: figure out the amount and the weight of salt water you want to lift 3: figure out if the vacuum can even have enough lift with a 6in tube 4: make sure all the tubes are sealed good 5: test it out..
