It is a spirit made in china from Sweet Peas amongst other ingredients
I was just given a bottle of Yusan Kaoliang Chiew by a Taiwanese friend, and he says to sip it neat, no ice, etc. He likened it to very good vodka, which I would normally put on the rocks. Haven't tried it yet, though!
The average cost of Yusan Kaoliang Chiew typically ranges from $30 to $50 for a 750ml bottle, depending on the retailer and location. Prices may vary based on factors such as region, availability, and the specific vintage or type of Kaoliang. It's best to check local liquor stores or online retailers for the most accurate pricing.
Since it's a colorless spirit you can mix it like Rum or Vodka. Personally I add Lemon, Orange or Tangerine Zest (outmost peel) to the bottle. It adds some nice flavor.
