March to September.
August
September is the month.
"Corn" is in Middle English. Our term for it is "grain" (to differentiate from maize). Nisan is the month of the barley harvest, while Sivan is the month of the wheat harvest.
The wheat was ready to be cut by the farmer, using the sickle.
Once you have planted seeds on dirt you tilled with a hoe, wait for them to grow up into ripe wheat. This will take a day or two. When the stalks are yellowish and the tops are brown it is ready to harvest. Hit it with anything, including bare hands, and it will drop wheat and more seeds. If by harvesting you mean getting the wheat once it is grown, punch it.
She was the greek goddess of the harvest and wheat
Spinach, which is ready in just a few weeks. All the other crops take months before they're ready for harvest.
