Just not eating pork specifically should make no difference to your nutrition, as long as you still eat some sort of meat or other protein source. You also need some of the minerals in meats, so if you eat no meats at all, you will need to study to find foods that you do like and eat that contain the same nutrients you would be getting from the meat. One great source of these minerals are dark green leafy vegetables. If you eat these and other rich mineral and iron-containing foods, you will likely be fine. But otherwise if you don't eat meat, and don't eat thing with iron in them... like almonds... you could have iron deficiency.

You can treat iron deficiency by taking iron supplement tablets.
