Rear leg. The half ham that looks like a cone is from just above the ankle to the hip. The one that looks like a dome, when placed cut side down, is right above that.

Things I'm not entirely sure of is if they also use front legs. IE Picnic Hams are from the shoulder, but I'm not sure they are cured and smoked.
