There are different types but the Pacific is full of them-they wash up on the beach all the time. Catalina island has a massive problem with jellyfish.
Jellyfish need to live in the sea, not in a rainforest.

I can tell you that I live off of Williams Creek and in the last 2 days we have seen jellyfish.
Gold fish are fresh water fish and will die in saltwater, but jelly fish are mainly saltwater fish. Yet, there is one species of jellyfish that is in a freshwater lakes , Allegheny River, Ohio River, and the Tennessee River, but it is not a true jellyfish.

Dolphins do not live in lakes. They mostly live in the ocean, or sea. There have been river dolphins, however, found in South America.
