What should the temperature of 69 Chevy 350 be?

Not sure on engine temp. Depends on driving conditions and out side temp. But radator cap should be 12 to 15 lbs and termostat is between 160 and 180 deg. depending on where you live. They came with a 180 degree thermostat from the factory. Can't go wrong staying with that.
