I don't see why you WANT to be overweight, but, if you insist. Butter is VERY fatty, and of course greasy food like burgers, KFC, McDonald's not so much but still, some takeaway pizzas are really greasy. Just have butter on everything and you'll be obese in no time... but you must be careful. It's very bad to drastically go from good food to bad.
