The reason cattle produce milk in the first place is to feed calves, not to feed people. Frisian cows in the wild--if such they be--"get rid of" their milk by letting calves suckle it.
Of the cows that are domesticated and descended from the Aurochs and the Celtic Shorthorns, no. But if you are referring to those that are part of the family Bovidae, yes; these include true buffalo, the bison, muskox, banteng, gaur, gayal, and yak. Wild cows do exist at Chillingham in Northern England. Some cows milk on occasion will have no adverse effect on a cat, but it is too rich for a cat to drink on a regular basis. You will never see a grown cat in the wild drinking anything other than water, and that's what house cats should also drink on a daily basis for optimum care of their liver.

Yes and no. Truely wild cattle (Aurochs) are extinct. However, if a domestic cow is left out in the wild by itself with very little human contact then yes, you do get a wild cow. But they are not truly wild, as they do "belong" to someone or some place.

Elephants do not produce milk in the same way that cows do. Their mammary glands are not suited for milking and they do not produce milk in quantities that would make milking feasible. Additionally, elephants are large and wild animals that would not cooperate with the milking process.
Fairies are all different and have their own favourites. For example, there are fairies who drink blood from people, animals and even their own kinds. Some drink normal water and milk - they drink different things.
