What will happen if you feed dogs candy?

In all probability nothing special.

White chocolate has very little cocoa, and it's the cocoa that holds the stuff in regular chocolate than can make dogs ill. So w/o cocoa, there's no particular risk.

Feeding dogs candy will make them sick, and depending on the size of the candy, he or she can choke on it. i wouldn't feed a dog anything humans eat, because its unhealthy.

M&M's are chocolate, and chocolate is extremely toxic to dogs, and can actually be fatal to dogs. If the dog eats more than just a small amount, take it to the vet immediately.
