In today's society, people often ignore the body's physical "cues" about what the body needs.
But when we become ill, the body often responds with "cravings" of certain nutrients the body needs in order to heal.
However, some psychologists might say that after decades of generations teaching their children that "fresh fruits and vegetables" are good for us, that those messages are triggered when illness strikes.

Everyone gets Cravings, some more than others. Your body wants what it wants and there is no way of stoping it. Its not unusual to get them, I get them all the time and I'm a Preteen girl. Sometimes you gotta give the body what it wants. I normally crave something salty after i have something sweet. But you know thats just me. Good luck! P.S Yes! Seriously!

you know what i feel as if there is nothing you can't eat at dinner but there are things that is best for you to eat at dinner with all of these things below you should have a nice balanced meal 1.meat 2.milk 3.vegetables 4.fruit 5.maybe occasionally a snack(sometimes a litte bit of carbs on the side).
